All thanks to Ross! a Canadian Aspirant Guide I was working with this summer.
It'll give me an avenue to view some of my photo's and keep folk up to date, with where I've been and what I've been up to.
I've just got home from another 3 week trip to Kyrgyzstan.
- First ascents on some fantastic limestone cliffs in Tashrabat - up to 500m in length
- A number of virgin peaks in the At Bashi Range close to the Touragat Pass.
- Rock climbing in Son Kool, this amazing limestone canyon carved out by the Son Kool river, south of Son Kool Lake. We made a number of first ascents adding to numerous routes we've already climbed there - up to 600m in length
I arrived home late Saturday night and then on Sunday entered the 3 peaks Cyclocross Race - cycling and running over the tops of Ingleborough, Whernside & Penyghent with the bike over your shoulder!
Needless to say, I'm nursing the legs this week and enjoying some time at home!
