Aiguille Rouge & Leysin

Thursday & back to a spell of great weather again in Chamonix, so we headed into the Aiguille Rouge.

Great to see Jon & Emma in Chamonix on the Thursday night, so we headed back up into the Aiguille Rouge & climbed L'Index on the Friday.

 

Jon & Emma on the summit of L'Index - Aiguille Rouge, with great views across to the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Maudit & Mt Blanc, on the other side of the valley.

 

Back over in Leysin today & the spell of great weather continues, so we headed up & climbed the via ferrata on the Tour D'Ai.

Off to the Gran Paradiso tomorrow & hopefully climbing the Mt Blanc later in the week.........fingers crossed the weather holds.
